Since 1971, Chateau Andron Blanquet has been the property of the Audoy family.  They also own the neighboring Chateau Cos Labory. The chateau is small in size, just 16 hectares planted with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc.  The vineyard is situated near Chateau Lafite Rothchild and Cos d'Estournel.

The ripeness and fragrance makes this an immediately appealing wine with nice, velvety tannins and plenty of bright blackberries and cassis. Very harmonious finish that has a light touch. Drink or hold.
