Vines over 40 years old produce the grapes for this hand selected Riesling Spatlese. Grown on the steep monopol site Schloss Saarstein, it shows the minerality of the blue slate soil, the rich flavors of yellow fruit (apricot, peach, pineapple), and the balance of refreshing acidity. Serve chilled with game, Asian cuisine, hot and spicy dishes and fresh cheeses.
