Hand-selected for its exceptional character, this private select barrel showcases the art of knowing great whiskey. A custom United bourbon blend is created and gets re-barreled to develop new layers of complexity as it ages. This double oaked bourbon is further enhanced with a curated selection of toasted and charred staves to develop a whiskey that can never be replicated.

Our single barrel started with Pursuit's signature blend, but the magic happened during the secondary aging: custom 36-month seasoned French oak, medium toasted.

NOSE
Rich, deep butterscotch and toffee with a warm toasted marshmallow note. The note is absolutely amazing!

PALATE
Smooth butterscotch front and center, followed by layers of vanilla custard and that oak flavor.

FINISH
Long and cozy, reminiscent of cinnamon-baked pears and a gentle hit of toasted oak.
