Barrel aged blended strong ale with sesame seeds, maple syrup, smoked sea salt and cinnamon.

This blend is comprised of Imperial Stouts and Barleywines which aged separately for 2+ years in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels. After sampling and assembling the blend, toasted white and black sesame seeds were added, along with maldon smoked sea salt, maple syrup and Saigon cinnamon to enhance the beer's expressions already derived from oak, grist, water, yeast, and time.
