Chateau Marjosse Blanc 2018
This fresh and complex blend of sauvignon blanc, sauvignon gris, semillon and muscadelle is the pride of wine-making maestro Pierre Lurton, carefully vinified at the historic chateau near Saint-Emilion that he calls home. Pierre is managing director for Cheval Blanc and d'Yquem.
Beautiful and brilliant light straw color. Very complex aromas that include citrus (grapefruit and lemon), mango, pineapple, pear and white peach. On the palette, Marjosse is fresh and surprisingly fat and lengthy.

|The Marjosse 2018 Blanc is composed of 50% Sémillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc/Gris and 10% Muscadelle and has no oak. It springs from the glass with vibrant white peaches, fresh pears and allspice scents with touches of fresh pineapple, honeysuckle and beeswax. Medium-bodied, the palate is laden with stone fruit and tropical layers, finishing with a lively lift and loads of spicy sparks.|

|Very pretty white this year with lovely depth of melon, lemon and lime. Medium body. Fresh and flavorful finish.|
