Imperial stout aged in bourbon and rum barrels with bananas, coconut, vanilla beans, toasted almonds, and cinnamon.

The blended components of this culinary-driven Imperial Stout were aged for over two years in freshly emptied Bourbon and Rum barrels before being selected, blended, and infused with adjuncts which were inspired by chocolate chip banana nut muffins. This seemingly playful take on some serious stock of barrel-aged beer has quickly become a favorite at Melvin Eureka.
