Coldwater Whiskey is inspired by and named for a creek of spring water running near St Genevieve, Missouri. It is a younger styled whiskey, spending 2 years in oak before bottling. This suggests a more grain-forward flavor rather than the more customary vanilla/caramel oak-driven notes.
